P3 is for Poultry, Pork, Pasta. If we could add a fourth P, it would be Potatoes. Well, we could easily add a fourth P, but P4 doesn’t roll off the tongue like P3.
P3 is like lemon-pepper, but better. Use it anywhere you’d use lemon-pepper.
Use as a sear crust or grill rub on your next chops and poultry
toss potatoes in melted butter and P3 before roasting
after draining your pasta, toss noodles or ravioli in melted butter and season with P3 to taste
What’s that? You want a restaurant quality entree in 30 minutes? Send it:
Rub chicken thighs all over in P3, pan sear the thighs in real butter a cast iron pan until GBD (chef talk for “golden brown & delicious”)
Flip thighs. Transfer the whole pan to a 325 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven. Let the thighs rest in the hot pan for 10 minutes. As the thighs rest, they’ll release delicious P3 chicken juices into the pan.
Remove the thighs from the pan, then whisk in 2 TBSP of unsalted butter. Whisk until the butter is fully incorporated.
Serve chicken thighs over a bed of rice, pour the P3 butter sauce over the thighs and rice.
